Twenty-five San Benito County residents were flown to Phoenix, Arizona on February 4, 2006 to see the DMB Associates planned community called Verrado. The community of Verrado is located about thirty miles west of Phoenix.
The El Rancho San Benito team wanted to give San Benito County residents a chance to see a DMB Associates community being planned from the ground up – with parks, schools, road improvements and even a downtown – provided before residents have moved in.

At the end of the Verrado visit participants were asked to provide their overall thoughts and suggestions for a planned community at El Rancho San Benito. Many helpful ideas and suggestions were provided to help guide the planning for El Rancho San Benito.
