We are pleased to be able to share with you a key milestone of our extensive community outreach and planning process for the 5,792-acre El Rancho San Benito property. For nearly four years, the DMB El Rancho San Benito team has been seeking input from the local community to ensure that the plan for El Rancho San Benito reflects the needs of County residents. Through community meetings, open houses, topical forums and public workshops we have collected invaluable feedback from you and your neighbors, all of which has allowed our team to craft a thoughtful framework for El Rancho San Benito. In December of 2007, we filed our application with San Benito County to begin formal public review of the plan.

The Plan is currently being processed by the County. We are very excited about this important milestone and would like to thank all of you in the community who have provided feedback and worked with us to develop this Plan.
